By accessing or using VoyPPC (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

VoyPPC provides an AI-powered advertising management platform for e-commerce sellers, including campaign optimization, keyword management, reporting, and related tools. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and may be updated or modified at any time.

You agree to: (a) provide accurate account information; (b) maintain the security of your login credentials; (c) use the Service only for lawful purposes; (d) not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service; and (e) comply with all applicable laws and the terms of any third-party platforms you connect.

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your advertising data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data to deliver and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoyPPC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding three months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
